2. Integration Workshop

Equip your team with tools to self-regulate under pressure, manage emotions, and build sustainable inner resilience. 2-Hour Stress Rescue workshop or similar.

3. Leadership Debrief OR Strategy Session

A 1-Hour Private consult with key leadership or HR to reflect on insights, identify blind spots, and align future team support.
